These are great giveaways to people you care about this Easter Weekend. It is a nice way to surprise people you care about with delicious shortbread cookies! I like to cook these cookies for about 7 minutes and make them slightly thicker to give that "melt in your mouth" taste. There's nothing better than being able to bite into a cookie that is so soft and sweet in your mouth:) I enjoyed making these because of the bright colours I was able to use! So pretty!
