SCOOBY DOO CUPCAKES

My son's birthday party was coming up and instead of giving away loot bags, I decided to give something edible!  He loves Scooby Doo and I decided to make Scooby Doo Cupcakes to give away.  He was so happy as I was making the toppers and all week he kept singing, "Happy Birthday."  He even gave me a big hug and kiss and said, "I love you so much!"  All the work put into his party was well worth it!
