RETIREMENT CLOCK CAKE

I was asked to do a retirement cake.  This cake was exciting to make as I had to make different vibrant colours all over!  I felt like a scientist!  This cake is covered in buttercream and I wanted to ensure that I spread it evenly and smoothing.  It was a challenge as I feel my hands are not as steady as it used to be but overall I think it turned out okay!
